Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations may be possible before dispatch but cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

Will the product look exactly like the photograph?
We aim to photograph and describe products accurately. Minor variations in colour, texture and finish may occur because of lighting, screen settings and decorative detailing.
Are dimensions and materials listed?
Where confirmed, dimensions, materials and care information appear on the product page. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
How should decorative items be cared for?
Keep them dry, handle gently and dust with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture unless the product page states otherwise.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to serviceable addresses in India. Availability and any delivery charge are confirmed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed in 1–3 business days, with delivery usually taking another 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations and peak periods may take longer.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information is sent after dispatch when available. You can also contact us with your order number.
Returns and support
What is the return period?
Eligible return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please review the Return & Refund Policy for full conditions.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly and within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take 7–10 business days to complete processing.
