Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery within India
Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier serviceability. Remote locations may require additional time.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details are shared when an order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping charges may apply.
Delays and damaged parcels
